Trevor Mutch, managing director of R. Davidson in Banchory, was last week presented with the award for ‘Sub-contractor of the Year’ by Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Scotland, during the homebuilders first Scotland-wide contractors’ event.
Trevor Mutch said: “It’s always great to be recognised by a client but finding out we had won this award came as complete surprise. We are hugely proud of the working relationship we have with Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Scotland, both on site and between our management teams. We strive to work alongside them, with open communication and a proactive approach to getting things done, which has been especially important with the challenges of the past 18 months. This award is the result of a true team effort, from our apprentices to our management team, and we are absolutely delighted.
